HEAVY METAL
HEAVY METAL is a co-op dwarvish blacksmithing heavy metal rhythm game with an alternative controller. I pitched the original concept for the game and guided the team's vision throughout the project. I was responsible for creating a precise, custom-built hammer and billet controllers using signal processing and microcontrollers for an asymmetrical multiplayer experience.
Operation PLUSH
Operation PLUSH is a cozy tower defense game where plush toys defend against invading nightmares. I scouted to find a talented sound designer and composer, and I helped guide the overall audio vision for the game. I also implemented audio system solutions for challenges introduced by the game's online multiplayer rollback netcode.
House of Vampires
House of Vampires is a survival horror puzzle game inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula. I worked with other programmers and designers to create complex physics-based puzzle systems. I also developed a modular, physics-based audio system that also allowed for procedural randomization.Beat Boxers
Beat Boxers is a fighting rhythm game where fighters from different musical genres take to the stage to battle it out. I worked closely with students from the film department to record and design all sounds for the playable fighters.
